A server is responsible for executing food and beverage service throughout the guest dining experience that is in accordance with Condado service standards. Servers must be fast-paced and must have a high understanding of hospitality to ensure guest satisfaction.
Bartenders are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for executing food and beverage service throughout guest dining experience that is in accordance with Condado service standards. Bartenders must be knowledgeable about various craft beer, spirits, cocktails and the beverage program and will be expected to use skills and personality to curate the guest’s food and beverage experience. Must be willing to take tables!
Hosts are responsible for being the first line of defense for service in the restaurant. Host duties include greeting and seating guests in a timely manner, bussing, wiping tables, taking reservations, answering phones, taking to-go orders, quickly explaining concept and menus, using iPad app to create waitlists, and solving seating arrangements varying party sizes. Must be friendly and attentive to guest needs always, and can notify management of any guest issues (phone & in person). Previous experience recommended, but not necessary.
Barbacks are the backbone of Condado and are responsible for numerous tasks that deal with multiple facets of the restaurant. Many of the jobs that need to be done at a moment’s notice include food-running, food expo, prepping and cutting bar produce, prepping back-ups of non-entre food items, prepping pre-mixed bar beverage, building dips to order, taking out trash, stocking, setting up and breaking down expo cooler, stocking beer and liquor bottles, bussing and pre-bussing, washing & stocking glassware, and accurately bagging togo orders. Barbacks are required to multi-task in a fast and smart way, utilizing every step!
Line cooks are responsible for assembling dishes in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, as we use an assembly line style of cooking. The line cooks must be able to have a great sense of urgency, be able to multi-task, and be a great team player. This is a multi-position job where each line cook works the fryers, dishes, and the line.
Front of House Manager
The manager is responsible for directing the staff and operation of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Condado’s policies and procedures, and will participate in achieving our revenue objectives. The Manager will ensure that staff remain compliant with all local, state and federal laws, and that guests’ needs are promptly met. Candidates must be used to fast-paced, High-volume atmosphere and help promote and cultivate the culture that is uniquely Condado.
Back of House Manager
The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of the restaurant, purchasing food and stock, and making sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety. The Kitchen manager will hire kitchen employees, as well as manage their schedules and ensure proper staffing levels while maintaining overall labor costs.
