May 20th, 2020 Update:
All Ohio dining reopens on Thursday, May 21 at 11am. Patio dining reopens for Indianapolis on Friday, May 22 at 11am.
To provide a safe dining experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to:
Make a reservation online — we cannot accept walk-ins right now
Limit your stay to 1 hour so we have time to clean between guests
Keep an eye on the weather, as patio reservations can change*
Be on time to help prevent unsafe lingering and congregating
Avoid adding people to your party at the restaurant
Wash your hands and practice social distancing
*A manager will be in touch if your reservation needs cancelled due to weather. If it starts to rain during your visit, we cannot guarantee a table inside (Ohio only).
May 14th, 2020 Update:
As patio* dining reopens for Ohio locations, safety is our main concern. We will be monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms and taking the temperatures of all staff before every shift. All staff is required to wear masks, as well as wash their hands every 20 minutes. We have designated employees for cleaning high-traffic areas every 30 minutes — or more often, as needed. We will also be fogging with food-safe Vital Oxide frequently — and all our HVAC units have been sanitized, cleaned, and installed with HEPA filters.
Reservations are required, as we cannot accept walk-ins. To allow plenty of time to clean and sanitize between guests, reservations are for 1 hour per party. Tables will be spaced for social distancing, so please do not move or push tables together. We will be providing each guest with a disposable menu and will not be accepting cash payments at this time.
We understand everyone’s level of comfort is different, so if you’re not ready to come to us — you can still order online for Express Curbside Pick-Up from all Condado Tacos locations!
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. We look forward to serving you!
March 16th, 2020 Update:
This situation is evolving fast and the health and safety of our customers and employees continues to be our highest priority. Based on recent updates from local government officials, all Condado dining rooms will be temporarily closed until further notice. We are still offering online ordering for Express Pick-Up and delivery options through DoorDash and UberEats. We will continue to share updates here and on our social media channels as they become available.
We know these are uncertain times, but we’ll do our best to continue to serve you while protecting the well-being of our team and community.
March 13th, 2020:
Condado was created to bring communities together. This means providing a space for everyone to come and enjoy themselves in a safe and secure environment. As we continue to navigate this dynamic situation, we want to be absolutely transparent in sharing the actions that we’re taking to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and prioritize the health and wellbeing of our community members.
Next time you stop by your local Condado, we’ll still be serving up the tacos and margaritas you know and love, but you might notice a few other things as we’ve taken the following precautionary measures:
We’re consistently emphasizing the importance of the health and well-being of our team members. We’re ensuring that team members with any symptoms of illness are sent home immediately. Rest assured, we are taking care of our people during this time.
We’re increasing the frequency of our sanitation procedures: We’ve required employees to wash their hands every 20 minutes, stationed hand sanitizer at the host stand and bar in every restaurant and are sanitizing the area where we build your tacos every 10 minutes.
We’re continuing to deep clean the entire front and back of house, including restrooms, at regular intervals throughout the day and at close.
We’re prioritizing social distancing at every restaurant when possible.
Since our founding, we’ve been dedicated to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation and food safety and doing everything in our power to ensure your experience at Condado is an exceptional one.
During this time, we also want to remind you that you can order online
and get your favorite tacos to-go in addition to ordering delivery through one of our partners including DoorDash and UberEats.
As this situation evolves, we’ll continue to update this page and share any community-specific news on our locations’ Facebook pages. Thank you for being a part of our community. We hope to serve you soon.
